Our support and guidance includes an initial assessment to identify what your support needs are, identifying your skills and what gaps if any, with securing your ideal job.  We will discuss any training or education options that you may be interested in also and look at what employment opportunities are currently available in the labour market. You can avail of one to one coaching to help with increasing your confidence and motivation, while gaining a clear vision of what your ideal job looks like.
