The ACUMEN project focuses on developing career management skills as a crucial competency for sustainable employment. Recognising the rapidly changing job market driven by globalisation and new technologies, ACUMEN offers a comprehensive suite of educational materials designed with the latest digital technologies. The project targets adult learners and workers, providing accessible, on-demand learning opportunities to help them navigate career progression. Led by a consortium of nine partners from eight EU member states, ACUMEN aims to bridge the gap in career management training and support lifelong learning.
