The "ECVET Goes Business" project aims to integrate European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) and other transparency instruments into modern human resource management. Through developing materials and information tailored for HR managers, shop stewards, business owners, and foremen, the project seeks to make these tools relevant for regular HR processes. This project aims to increase the demand and mainstream use of transparency instruments at the company level while incorporating business perspectives into ECVET implementation discussions.
