The Transform project, funded by Erasmus+, aims to support educational centers across Europe in becoming inclusive spaces for social inclusion and migrant integration. It will offer a suite of resources designed to help practitioners understand migration, trauma, and integration. These resources will include a Competency Framework on the integration of migrants and refugees, a Transformative Education Guidebook, an integration course for practitioners to deliver to their students, and a storytelling series across Europe. These tools aim to promote inclusivity and support educational practitioners in their efforts.
