With a project budget of €4.05 million for County Meath, Meath Partnership, on behalf of the Meath Local Community Development Committee, has finalised and submitted to the Department of Rural and Community Development the LEADER Local Development Strategy (LDS) 2023-2027, which sets out the roadmap for LEADER investment over the next 5 years.
As part of the draftiing of the strategy, Meath Partnership sought to engage with as many individuals, community organisations and enterprises as possible to give voice to your views on how LEADER funding should be invested and to enable your wishes to be captured within the Strategy.
We would now like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the communities, organisations and businesses that attended our public consultations and stakeholders meetings, and to those that made submissions for the LDS. Your engagement means that the Local Development Strategy is inclusive and representative of the hopes, aspirations and wishes of the citizens of Co. Meath.
